Return Policy
✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
• The product has a manufacturer defect
• The item you received is incorrect (length, texture, or type)
• There is an issue caused by shipping damage
Note:
Hair must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original condition and packaging.
🔄 Exchanges
1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Send photos or videos showing the issue
3. Our QC team will review and approve the return
4. Ship the product back to our designated return address
5. Once inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement immediately after the return is approved.
At Hyselle, we stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture.
If there is a quality issue with your order, we offer a 15-day return or exchange guarantee.
❌ Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
• Hair that has been installed, washed, dyed, cut, or altered
• Custom wigs or custom orders made specifically for you
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Returns requested after 15 days of delivery
💰 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is checked and confirmed to be in original condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
